Take A Squiz at My Wedding Celebrant Services
Here's the thing about working with me: the good stuff starts long before you walk down the aisle.
From our very first chat to the moment we officially announce you as a married couple, I'm with you every step of the way. Relaxed, prepared and genuinely invested in making your day feel completely, unapologetically you.
Feel-good energy and big laughs on tap.
Celebrant Packages Tailored For You
From the moment you walk down the aisle to the last song of the night, I'm your person for the whole day.
Ceremony, reception, every moment in between — keeping the energy up, the crowd engaged, and the good vibes pumping from start to finish.
Perfect for couples who want to keep it intimate, simple and completely stress-free, a.k.a. all the romance, none of the fanfare.
We'll make it meaningful, make it official and send you on your way as a married couple ASAP.
Your wedding ceremony sets the tone for everything that follows, so let's make it a good one.
Personal, warm and completely you… the kind that has your guests leaning in, laughing out loud and reaching for the tissues before you've even exchanged rings.
Want your best mate or a close family member up there with you? Let's make it happen!
They bring the laughs, the inside jokes, and the cheeky stories nobody else could tell — I'll make sure everything runs smoothly, and your vows are legally official.
Because some love stories deserve a second standing ovation.
Whether you're celebrating a milestone anniversary or simply want to say it all over again, a vow renewal is the loveliest excuse to gather your favourite people and remind each other why you chose this.
For the nervous Nellies, a practice run might just calm those butterflies.
We'll walk through the whole ceremony together — timing, positioning, who stands where and when — so that on the day itself, you can forget the logistics and just be completely, fully present.
The Secret Sauce for Stress-Free Legalities On Your Wedding Day
Like I tell all my couples — all you need to do is focus on each other and stay present. Let me handle everything else.
From organising the paperwork to wrangling people together behind the scenes, I've got every detail covered.
Here’s a brief rundown of what you can expect:
-
Your ceremony sets the tone for your entire day: equal parts vulnerable, meaningful and joyful. The last thing you need is someone mispronouncing your name, reading robotically from a script and adding to your nerves.
I do what I do because I genuinely LOVE connecting with people. Bringing warmth, humour and real personality to your wedding day while keeping the romantic atmosphere completely intact? That's my favourite part of the job.
-
As an ex-event manager, I bring a level of organisation that means nothing slips through the cracks. Think spreadsheets, contingency plans and a very calm face even when things get interesting.
-
Unexpected moments happen — and trust me, I've seen most of them. Medical emergencies, wardrobe malfunctions, toddler tantrums, and shoes that give up mid-procession.
Whatever comes up, I’ll handle it quietly and swiftly so the focus stays exactly where it belongs: on you and your love story.
-
Wondering what actually makes your marriage official-official?
There are a few legal documents we'll complete before and on the day to make sure your forever vows are legal and lovely.
Notice of Intended Marriage: Think of this as the RSVP to your own wedding. You'll need to lodge this with me at least one month before the big day. No backing out now!
Declaration of No Legal Impediment: The formal way of saying "I'm not already married and I'm definitely not related to my soon-to-be spouse." A quick but important tick in the legal box.
Marriage Certificate: Once you've exchanged vows and signed on the dotted line, this is the document that makes it all official. You'll need it to change your name, update your ID or simply prove you're living your best married life.
No need to stress about any of this just yet. Once you're booked in, I'll walk you through everything, and we'll sort it all out together!
-
Just so you know, you're in safe hands: I'm a qualified Justice of the Peace, hold a current Blue Card for working with children and have passed a police background check. I'm a member of the Wedding and Celebrant Society, fully insured under Public Liability and Professional Indemnity, and committed to staying up to date with industry best practices.
Basically, all the “serious” boxes are ticked, so you don't have to think twice about it.
The Whole Box & Dice
Perfect for couples who want a Celebrant to be on the journey with them — someone who can calm the wedding planning chaos, sprinkle in ideas to make the big day even more “wow,” and help create a celebration that’s uniquely theirs.
For couples who don’t want to keep up with the Joneses… but would rather out-Jones the Joneses — this is for you.

Master of Ceremonies
A tricky conundrum to navigate...
Can you trust Uncle Dan to stick to just a few beers before taking on the official MC duties? What about best friend Becky —she's the life of the party, but her nerves tend to take over in front of a crowd.
Maybe you’re not into too many speeches or formalities but aren’t quite sure how a reception runsheet should flow.
Or perhaps you’d prefer to give your loved ones the night off so they can relax and simply enjoy the celebration.
What if you could have someone who:
Coordinates with your wedding vendors and the reception venue team.
Ensures the night flows seamlessly, from your entrance to the last dance.
Makes sure everyone knows what’s happening and when—without feeling rushed or overwhelmed.
Introduces speakers, announces key moments, manages the runsheet, and keeps the energy light and fun.
Helps create a warm and inviting atmosphere for all your guests.
Handles last-minute changes or hiccups with calm professionalism.
As your MC, I can take care of all this and more—so you can savour every moment of your evening with the people who matter most.
Note: I usually wrap up my role once the dancefloor is in full swing and going off! Rest assured, I’ll check in with all vendors and ensure everything is running smoothly before I make my exit into the dark of night.

Ceremony Rehearsal
Think you might be nervous on the day? Haven’t been to a wedding in a while? Do you have little people involved ie: kidlets in your ceremony?
Are your Bridal Party nervous... If you have said yes to any of the above, consider a ceremony rehearsal/walk through.
It will help everyone nail the entrance and exit and the photos - everyone will nail it!
-
Services of a fully qualified and enthusiastic Celebrant to help guide you through the ceremony process (max 1 hour rehearsal)
Areas covered include choreography, timing and positioning (positioning under/middle of the arbour) how high/low to hold the bouquets, if a party is being walked the aisle, how that process occurs, where couples place their hands, walking entrance pace, exit procession
Great time to practice operating the music. Has the correct version of the song been downloaded? There might be more than one volume knob on the PA system to get to grips with. It’s also a good time to practise the fade!
Reasons not to have a Rehearsal/Walkthrough
If you are a cruisy kind of couple that take things in your stride
If you don’t care that things aren’t symmetrical in the photos or if the spacing between the bridesmaids isn’t exact, then the chances are you will get away without doing a rehearsal
Not having a Rehearsal can add to the excitement and suspense on the day. You might actually find it more thrilling that you haven’t stepped through it all before and are experiencing everything for the first time.

Frequently Asked Questions
-
You bet! While I'm based in Nundah, North Brisbane, I'll happily travel anywhere for your celebration.
Planning something interstate or overseas? Reach out and let's chat about the details.
-
Generally, we'll have around three meetings plus a whole lot of emails and calls along the way.
Our first catch-up is where we say g'day, get to know each other and talk through your vision for the ceremony. I'll also walk you through how everything runs, so you know exactly what to expect.
If we haven't tackled the paperwork at our first meeting, we'll sort it at our second — including lodging your Notice of Intended Marriage (NOIM).
Then, about 7-10 days before your wedding, we'll have a final check-in call to run through the finer details, confirm logistics and make sure everything feels exactly right.
-
Just the one — the Notice of Intended Marriage (NOIM). Think of it as the RSVP to your own wedding.
It needs to be lodged at least one month before the big day, and I'll walk you through the whole thing so there are no surprises.
-
It depends on the type of ceremony you choose.
Most wedding ceremonies run between 20-30 minutes — enough time to include all the good stuff like your love story, personal vows and any special readings.
An elopement or legals-only ceremony is shorter and sweeter, typically around 10-15 minutes. Just the important words, a few meaningful moments and off you go as a married couple.
-
Absolutely! And honestly, it's one of my favourite things to do. Your person brings the laughs, the inside stories and all the love, while I take care of the legal side to make sure everything is official.
We'll work together beforehand so the day runs seamlessly, and your co-celebrant can focus on delivering something truly personal without any stress.
-
Great question, here's the quick version:
Elopement: Short, sweet and intimate. Around 10 minutes with a small group of your nearest and dearest.
Legals-only: The stripped-back essentials — just the legal words required to make it official. Quick sticks, but meaningful.
Ceremony only: The full 20-30 minute ceremony with plenty of room for personal touches, your love story and all the good bits.
Not sure which one's right for you? Get in touch, and we'll figure it out together.
-
Unless you've booked my Wedding Celebrant and MC package, I usually head off shortly after the ceremony. But I'll always stick around afterwards to help wrangle the family for group photos — no extra charge, just part of the deal.
That said, I'd absolutely love to stay for your reception and keep the good energy going all day. If that sounds like your kind of thing, make sure you check out my Wedding Celebrant and MC package!
BYO your whole, weird, wonderful selves.
I’ll look after the rest.
